Hello.
I am a perturbed San Diego County resident living in Fallbrook. Recently there has been an increase in the presence of Border Patrol vehicles in this small town. I suppose the close proximity to the check point between Temecula and Fallbrook is part of the cause. There have been instances when Border Patrol agents set up a “mini check point” at one of three only entrances from the 15 freeway to the town of Fallbrook. There have been instances where the Border Patrol drives by fields of workers. There have even been instances when the Border Patrol drives through elementary schools. It has been said that the purpose of immigration raids and suprise check points are to capture violent immigrant criminals, and indeed they may do that. But I think it is obvious that the Border Patrol is injustly targeting hard working and honest Hispanic people. I am angered by this. I want the Border Patrol to do what it does best: secure our Borders and not hang around the town that I call home and not scare the people I call my neighbors.

Good for you Mr Villegas. We all must speak up and for what we know is right. There is good and bad in all of us and it is our God given duty to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. Keep writing and speaking and being an honest humane man. An example to all people of ALL colors.

I’m very glad you all support the illegals. They will need a place to migrate to when the hammer comes down in Arizona in 2 weeks. I know California has the financial resources to pay the bills for these illegals!
hace 2 años estuve detenido por ilegal en colorado en el condado de jerfeson ahi un guardi de ese condado me umillo tirandome mi comida ya que yo asia trabajo para ganarmela y luego yo tenia permiso para levantarme a ser pipi y cuando le tocava a el de guardia nunca me dejaba levantarme yo el permiso lo tenia ya que tengo un riñon pero eso a el no le importaba me decia que si queria el permiso le besara los pies lo cual nos pusimos a guelga no salimos a desayunar y le comente a mi licenciado defensor pero no le importo asi tambien cuando llege a imigrasion no me entregaron mis cosas diciendo que ya me las abian en tregado lo cual no fue cierto amenasandome el oficial del paso que si seguia dando lata conmi cosas me regresaria al condado por lo cual ahora yo sufro de mi riñon por culpa de ese guardia lo cual numca lo amonestaron
