A NY Times article yesterday broke the story of Signal Int’l and ICE officials’ misconduct, abusing hundreds of immigrant workers. The New Orleans Workers’ Center for Racial Justice , with the Lawyer’s Committee on Civil Rights and the NAACP have filed a lawsuit, and is calling on advocates to help expose ICE’s misconduct, and to expand this story with a national echo chamber.

The New Orleans Workers’ Center ran a press conference today, and will be coordinating actions over the next few weeks. They are calling for Congressional hearings on this matter with the Judiciary, DHS, and other committees, and is inviting and asking for your help in elevating this to greater national attention.
