Via Video Conference Carmine Famiglietti Will Make Exclusive Announcement Regarding “Amexicano”

Carmine Famiglietti, writer and leading actor of the film “Amexicano”,  will make an exclusive announcement today after the free screening of “Amexicano”.

The audience will be able to communicate with Carmine via video conferencing.

Although the story takes place in New York, the story touches on many issues that we deal with here in San Diego, including day laborer relations, separation of families, and migrant deaths along the border.

Seats are still available for this Friday’s special screening of “Amexicano” which starts at 7:00 pm. RSVP as soon as possible! Please make an effort to attend the screening so that Carmine may have a respectable audience to communicate with.

Plot
“Amexicano” – An Italian-American and a Mexican undocumented day laborer form an unlikely friendship in Queens, New York. Bruno (Carmine Famiglietti), a unmotivated Italian-American befriends a hard working, Mexican immigrant couple, Ignacio (Raul Castillo) and his wife Gabriela (Jennifer Pena), despite racial prejudices and language barriers in Queens, New York.

“Amexicano” is rated PG-13 and is 84 minutes long.
